Today I hit a set back in my schedule. Where I did improve I didn't improve to the point where I wanted to be today. I came up 2 laps short of 1.5 miles, my goal today, and I walked 2 of the laps ran 11 laps. I guess some improvement is better than none and walking is better than sitting on the couch at home, and I guess on the bright side I ran more than I walked. It's good to think about things this way so I won't defeat myself.
After I did my run/walk I went to Zumba. I love Zumba! There were so many people there tonight normally there is only 5 but tonight was crazy. My instructor gets off beat sometimes and can be very intimidating if it is your first time doing Zumba or any group class at all so she started getting mad at the younger kids that were there because when we worked with weights they were doing it wrong. I understand where she is coming from cause she doesn't want anyone to hurt themselves but it's kinda scary when she gets mad so we left early. Got some good sweat in while we were there though!
As of now I'm walking to run and I know that I will be able to run the whole 5K in April! See you all tomorrow.
