Sweat Equity
Didn't get to write yesterday so here's what happened... My main goal yesterday was to sweat and lots of it! I ran 5 laps on the track and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I don't know what it is about those things but they really get the sweat going which is good. I feel like if you leave the gym and you look all pretty you gotta work harder the next day, but just my opinion everyone has their own pace and goals when they go work out. Then after that I lifted a little. Yay for lifting! And with all that sweating I was doing you gotta stay hydrated so lots of water for me. After I was all done my work out I treated myself to some whole wheat spaghetti and a nice salad. I was craving pasta as soon as I started walking back to my room! Today I am increasing my mileage to 1.5, I will get through it!
